To complete your application for membership please ensure that you read, understand, acknowledge and accept the Standardised Terms and Conditions of your membership.
If the applicant is under 18 years of age this section, and the Standardised Terms and Conditions must be read, understand, acknowledge and accepted by the applicant's parent or legal guardian.
Rowing Queensland
I agree to abide by the rules, regulations and policies of Rowing Queensland Ltd, Rowing Australia Ltd, and the relevant club, including the Anti-Doping, Member Protection, Anti Match Fixing, and Privacy Policies. (All of the above mentioned regulations, policies and rules are available on or through the Rowing Queensland Website)
I agree to have my name, photograph and results published in official programs, newsletters and websites.
I acknowledge and understand that in submitting this registration form I become liable for the relevant fees and understand these fees are non-refundable.

University of Queensland Boat Club
UQBC Terms
1. I declare that the information in this form is accurate, to the best of my knowledge, and that should my health, wellness or medical condition change at any time, I will notify the University of Queensland Boat Club (UQBC) of these changes immediately.
2. I recognise that exercise is not without some risk and known dangers. I hereby understand, acknowledge and accept risks inherent with sport and in particular rowing.
3. I understand that UQBC has adopted a Risk Management Plan and endeavours to take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of Club Members. However, I hereby understand, acknowledge and accept that rowing training, competing and use of UQBC facilities are undertaken at my own risk.
4. I hereby release to the full extent permitted by law, UQBC and staff/instructors/coaches from all claims and demands of every kind with respect to any accident, damage, injury loss to person and property, pain and suffering however caused. This includes aerobics/circuit classes, personal exercise programs of the fitness centre, fitness evaluations, training sessions and any other form of exercise coordinated by UQBC, their staff, contractors, instructors or agents. I wholly indemnify UQBC from and against all actions, suits, costs, damages, and expenses to which UQBC is or may be liable.
5. I agree to follow any lawful directions given by a person empowered to give that direction including Board Member, Head Coach and Captain of Boats.
6. In completing the UQBC membership form, I accept all policies and procedures in the UQBC Club Handbook and agree to abide by all rules and by laws of UQBC and Rowing Queensland Inc.
7. I agree to have my name, photograph and results published in official programs, newsletters, websites and social media.
