Incidents

If an incident, or near miss occurs, it must be reported to:

RQ by completing the incident report at the following link: Submit incident report - Rowing Queensland ; and
completing the incident report form at the following link: Incident Report Form

Here is a snippet of the incident report form and indicates the types of things one would report (it is not just collisions). These various incidents are important for RQ to address.
